Sharmini Wirasekara: Process and Inspiration.
Sharmini Wirasekara is a bead artist who lives and works both in Canada as well as the U.K. After working as an accountant for several years, she decided to become a full time artist over 30 years ago. Sharmini found beadwork to be the best way to express herself. Her beadwork is characterized by delicate, ornate and mesmerizing patterns that come together with a medley of enchanting colors.
