Summer 2023 Plein Aire Painting Retreat experience on the French Shore in Nova Scotia.

We are excited to announce Summer 2023 plein aire painting experience on the French Shore in Nova Scotia.  Work in the Schoolhouse Studio and in the field with plein aire painter Michel Doucet. Below are some examples of Michel’s work. Students are welcome to work in their media of choice, Michel will demonstrate in oils.  Dive into the Acadian culture enjoying local cuisine.  Stay at Art’s Haven where you can easily walk to everything including the beach. We are reserving Sunset Cottage, Yellow Door House and Big Blue for lodging for artists from away.  Local artists may join in for a workshop only option or choose to join in as a 2-day package.  We welcome new artists as well as advanced plein aire painters. We offer different experiences to suit different needs.
