As I was finishing building this form it started to rain. Initially, I felt perturbed. You would think at this point in my training as an artist that I would realize you just have to look into what you see as the negative as it always brings the positive. As did the rain on this piece – all the colors slowly became clarified; more brilliant and more intriguing and more truthful. White’s Cove, Nova Scotia
